New Year’s Eve Dining at Revel in AC

With reservations booking up fast in the Atlantic City, New Jersey, area, LDV Hospitality invites diners to celebrate the New Year at one of their three restaurants located within Revel Resorts at 500 Boardwalk.

American Cut, the classic American steakhouse, is offering a three-course $150.00 prix fixe menu, with reservations available from 5:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Diners can choose from an array of options, including Hiramasa Tartare or Bone Marrow and Burgundy Escargot Salad for appetizers; Surf & Turf, Veal Porterhouse, or Filet Mignon “Rossini” for entrées; and an Irish Car Bomb for dessert. Azure, the seafood counterpart to its neighbor, American Cut, is offering a $150.00 prix fixe menu for New Year’s Eve. The Smoked Salmon Rosette amuse bouche will be followed by a choice of appetizer, including Lobster Salad, Fried Oysters, or Foie Gras. The pasta course of Pumpkin Ravioli with Brown Butter & Black Truffles will be followed by a choice of entrées such as Dover Sole, Seared Scallops, or Pistachio Crusted Rack of Lamb. Lugo Cucina e Vino will continue its fresh take on Italian classics for New Year’s Eve. The menu is priced at $55.00 per person for four courses and also includes a complimentary glass of Prosecco. Appetizer options include Romaine Salad, the famous Lugo Meatball, or Zupa (30 vegetable soup). This will be followed by the pasta course: authentic Ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach. The three entrée options are Roasted Chicken, Atlantic Salmon, or Slow Roasted Prime Rib. Cannolis will be served for dessert. Reservations are available until midnight, with bar service thereafter.
