On New Year’s Eve, Monday, December 31st, Chakra Restaurant in Paramus, New Jersey, will offer a three-course prix fixe dinner with seatings from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., and a four-course prix fixe with seatings from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
