On both Christmas Eve, Monday, December 24th, and New Year’s Eve, Monday, December 31st, Restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank, New Jersey, will be offering diners an appetizing variety of special menus…

On Christmas Eve, Nicholas will serving a three-course menu ($75.00), four-course garden menu ($75.00), six course menu ($95.00; with wine pairings, $155.00), and a children’s menu priced at $32.00 (plus tax & gratuity).

On New Year’s Eve a three-course menu will be served, replete with a Champagne toast at midnight, priced at $125.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity).

Amuse: Foie Gras Mousse, Quince Purée, Brioche Crouton

First Course (Choice of): Baby Field Greens, Caramelized Hazelnuts, Beaufort Cheese; Pickled Heirloom Baby Beets, Olive Oil Mascarpone, Meyer Lemon, Spinach Purée; Chilled Calamari, Green Olive, Crispy Tête De Cochon; Pan-Seared Day Boat Sea Scallop, Maple Sweet Potato, Bacon, Brown Butter Sauce; Pan-Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras, Chestnut Purée, Pickled Crosnes, Persimmon, Chutney; Red Pepper Agnolotti, Fennel Marmalade, Almond, Black Olive Crumble, Curry Espuma
