From Friday, December 28th through Monday, December 31st, beginning at 4:00 p.m., Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Marlton, New Jersey, and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Radnor, Pennsylvania, will continue Fleming’s tradition of celebrating New Year’s Eve over an extended weekend.
Guests are invited to begin the evening with a glass of Gloria Ferrer Sonoma Brut ($12.00, glass; $100.00 magnum bottle), “A wonderfully drinkable sparkling wine that appeals immediately for its balanced texture and rich flavors.” – 90 points, Wine Enthusiast.
Ladies will enjoy Fleming’s Haute Holiday cocktail ($10.95) created by wine director Maeve Pesquera expressly for the season. Quay Elysim (a Muscat dessert wine), St.-Germaine Elderflower Liqueur, and Mionetto Prosecco are presented in a Champagne flute garnished with a Luxardo cherry. For the gentlemen, Merry Mint Spice ($11.95) mixes Gentleman Jack with Domaine de Canton and POM juice with aromatic muddled mint leaves & simple syrup, shaken and served on the rocks.
The New Year’s Nights celebration menu offers three deluxe entrées; and all include a delectable shrimp appetizer: poached gulf shrimp over Southern-style goat cheese grits, celery root slaw, and an extra-virgin olive oil drizzle.
