First Course: Winter Vegetable Composition

Complimentary Sparkling Wine

Soup (Choice of): Mushroom Bisque, Rosemary Croutons, Orange Fennel Oil; Cream of Parsnip, Tart Apple, Rosemary Black Pepper Honey

Salad (Choice of): Baby Arugula & Cranberries, Toasted Almonds, Keswick Feta Cheese, Champagne Vinaigrette; Radicchio Tardivo & Cauliflower, Candied Walnuts, Tomme Cheese, Raw Apples, Citrus Vinaigrette

Appetizer (Choice of): Pan-Seared Diver Scallop, Caper, Golden Raisin-Riesling Vinaigrette; Duck & Exotic Mushroom Crepes, Lancaster Farmhouse Swiss Cheese Fondue
