On New Year’s Eve, Monday, December 31st, the new Ryland Inn in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey, will be featuring a five-course tasting menu with choices for each course…
1st Course (Choice of): Beau Soleil Oysters: Champagne Gel, Domestic Caviar; Venison Carpaccio: Cerignola Olives Crispy Shallots, Garlic Aioli; Asian Pear Salad: Mizuna, Blue cheese, Cashews
2nd Course (Choice of): Barnegat Light Scallop: Mushroom Bouillon, Short Rib Ravioli; Sweet Potato Purée: Apple-Cinnamon Marshmallow, Pecans; Pheasant Velouté: Chestnut, Black Truffle
3rd Course (Choice of): Organic Irish Salmon: Red Quinoa, Horseradish Crème; “Cassoulet”: Duck Confit, Garlic Sausage, Herbs; Pumpkin Risotto: Foraged Mushrooms, Kabocha Squash, Pecorino Tuile
Entrée (Choice of): Filet Mignon: Gratin Dauphonise, Bordelaise Sauce; Seared Tuna: Toasted Barley, Braised Kale, Au Poivre; Lobster & Veal Cheeks: Blood Orange Hollandaise, Roasted Cauliflower

The Ryland Inn is currently taking reservations from 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. for the first seating; and 8:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. for the second seating. Pricing is $115.00 per person for the first seating and $145.00 per person for the second seating (plus beverages, tax & gratuity). Guests who choose the second seating will enjoy live entertainment and a Champagne toast.
