This coming Tuesday, December 4th, 7:00 p.m., Chakra Restaurant in Paramus, New Jersey, will host a special guided tour of Camus Fine Cognac with a four-course paired dinner prepared by Chef Thomas Ciszak.
Reception: Passed Hors d’Oeuvres; Cognac: Shanghai Tea: Camus VS Elegance, House-Made Spiced Vermouth, Pama Liqueur, Jasmine Tea
First Course: Smoked Salmon, Potato Cake, Cucumber Tagliatelle; Cognac: Camus Ile De Re, Fine Island, Double Matured, Cliffside Cellar
Second Course: Diver Scallops, Cauliflower Purée, Fennel, Marcona Almond, Grapefruit; Cognac: Camus VSOP Elegance
Third Course: Honey-Glazed Duck, Salsify, Korean Sweet Potato, Hazelnut Jus; Cognac: Camus XO Elegance
Dessert Course: Three Big Truffles; Cognacs: Camus XO Borderies; Camus Extra Elegance
The cost of the Camus Fine Cognac paired tasting dinner is $75.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity). All Cognacs will be served as tasting portions.
