On Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 22nd, the newly reopened Ryland Inn in Whitehouse, New Jersey, will be serving a three-course Thanksgiving feast from 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

First Course (Choice of): Sweet Potato Soup: Apple & Cinnamon Marshmallows, Pickled Cranberries; Ryland Inn Apple Salad: Baby Lettuces, Candied Hazelnuts, Hickory-Smoked Bleu Cheese; Composition of Beets: Bitter Chocolate, Grapefruit, Goat Cheese Mousse

Main Course (Choice of): Pennsylvania Hormone & Antibiotic Free Turkey: Cornbread & Pecan Stuffing, Traditional Sausage & Chestnut Stuffing, Brussels Sprouts & Almonds, Sweet Potatoes, Herb Whipped Potatoes, Roasted Root Vegetables, Home-Style Giblet Gravy, House-Made Cranberry Sauce; Pan-Roasted Tilefish: Kobocha Squash, Quince Purée, Napa Cabbage; Niman Ranch Strip Steak: Crushed Peanut Potatoes, Creamed Spinach, Bone Marrow Butter; Autumn Market Vegetables Tasting: Tastes & Textures
