On Monday, October 22nd, the historic Old Swedes Inn will be reincarnated as Tavro Thirteen, with acclaimed Chef Terence Feury as the power-behind-the-stove/partner at the nearly 250-year-old Colonial structure located at 1301 Kings Highway in Swedesboro, New Jersey.
Chef Feury has been working diligently to create the restaurant’s fine dine menus; and his partners are putting the finishing touches on the private dining room, the live music lounge, expansive bar, scenic patio, and beautiful banquet room.
Considered one of the East Coast’s culinary pioneers, Chef Feury has spent the past decade in culinary pursuits… from the Michelin starred Le Bernardin in New York to Farenheit in DC, and then on to Philadelphia to work at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. He helmed the kitchen s at Striped Bass and Fork, and was rightfully named “one of the region’s finest chefs’ by Philadelphia Inquirer restaurant critic Craig Laban.
