This Coming Wednesday, October 17th, in celebration of National Apple Month, the Silverspoon in the East Village Shops, 503 West Lancaster Avenue, Wayne, Pennsylvania, will host a special four-course dinner highlighting the versatility of America’s fruit, the apple.

Cream of Parsnip Soup, Granny Smith Apple, Rosemary-Black Pepper Honey

Heirloom Carrot, Fennel, Golden Raisin, Arugula Salad, Curried Honey-Crisp Apple & Cider Vinegar Dressing

 

Choice of:

Pan-Seared Scallop, Scrapple, Broccoli, Hazelnut, Ginger Gold Apple & Fennel Purée

Pan-Roasted Pork Mignon, Sweet Potato-Bacon Hash, Sautéed Gala Apples in Brandy

Rabbit & Veal Sausage, Warm Frisée & Potato Salad, Caramelized Jonagold Apple Mustardo

 

Warm Apple Bread Pudding, Autumn Spiced Anglaise, Whipped Cream
