Laurie & Gordon Hamm, proprietors of the historic Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern, Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, recently announced that Andrew Rodriguez has been named the new executive chef.
With a background & style described as “Seasonal New American,” with influences of regional Italian cuisine, Chef Rodriguez began his career at the famed Avoce in New York City.
A graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, Chef Rodriguez most recently was sous chef at Ravi in Suffern, New York, and previously worked at Anthos. Chef Rodriguez leads with a trusted, calm work ethic; and he plans to expand the Inn’s culinary vision, raising the bar by incorporating the highest quality, seasonal ingredients into his dishes. Chef Rodriguez’s imprint is now on the recently introduced seasonal menu.
Located at One East Franklin Turnpike, the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern is open seven days a week, serving lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. Reservations may be made by calling (201) 445-4115.
