Session Bistro, the 45-seat new American restaurant emphasizing seasonal preparations from scratch, is now offering a three course Sunday brunch in addition to lunch and dinner service.
Brunch features traditional fare along with classic French-style omelets, pancakes, French toast, and playful twists on standards. The menu ranges from freshly baked olive bread and pastry to house-made dessert, juice and coffee or tea. House-made butter is flavored with vanilla and is served with breads and pastries. All items are cooked to order.
Brunch is served 10:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and includes three course for an introductory price of $15.95 per person.
Session Bistro offers a diverse lunch menu that includes smaller size dinner items, a full range of tapas or small plates and trumped up burgers and hot dogs. A variety of salad with grilled proteins such as skirt steak and chicken, are offered in Asian and Italian themes.
Established in April 2011 and co-owned by Joseph Troy Dagdagan, Chef Christopher Holland, and Maria Marquez, Session Bistro is located at 245 Maywood Avenue, Maywood, New Jersey. Lunch is served 11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday; Dinner 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., Tuesday – Thursday, and 5:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Brunch is served Sunday from 10:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Session Bistro also features live music every Friday and Saturday evening.
