On Thursday, September 20th, The Frog and The Peach in New Brunswick, New Jersey, will host a special wine dinner featuring the extraordinary vintages of the Torbreck Winery of Australia’s Barossa Valley. Torbreck’s dynamic founder/winemaker David Powell will be the special guest of the evening.

First Course: Barramundi Crudo, “Chip Batter,” Smoked Potato Emulsion, Lemon; Wine: Torbreck Woodcutters Semillon, 2010

Second Course: Spit-Roasted Rabbit Saddle, Buttered Egg Noodles, Brussels Sprouts, Hot Pepper; Wine: Torbreck Cuvée Juveniles, 2009

Main Course: Venison & Black Truffle Terrine, Fennel-Apple Compote, Roasted Cashews; Wine: Torbreck The Steading, 2007

Cheese: Beaufort Chalet d’Alpage “Tartine,” Blackbread, Porcini; Wine: Torbreck RunRig, 2007

Dessert: Grapefruit Gelée, Gingerbread Cake, Spiced Vanilla Anglaise; Wine: Torbreck The Bothie, 2011
