Chef Robert Ubhaus, proprietor of Resto, 77 Main Street, Madison, New Jersey, recently announced the closing of his restaurant. “After four plus wonderful years,” he noted, “we will be serving our last dinner on Sunday, September 2nd.”

The good news, however, is that Chef Ubhaus also mentioned that he will now be devoting all his energies and will be cooking full-time in the kitchen of his other enterprise, Rob’s Bistro, located next door at 75 Main Street, Madison, NJ.

Mr. Ubhaus also indicated that Rob’s Bistro menu will be incorporating some of customers’ favorite items from Resto: Foie Gras, Barnegat Light Day Boat Scallops, and Rohan Duck Breast, adding to the current repertoire of classic French dishes, which include Escargot, Steak Frites, and Crème Brûlée.

Chef Ubhaus looks forward to welcoming you to Rob’s Bistro in the near future, where any outstanding Resto gift cards will be honored until the end of the year.

For more information, or to make reservations, please call Rob’s Bistro at (973) 377-0067.

Bon Appétit!
