If you’re a seafood fan, here’s a special event you won’t want to miss: On Thursday, August 23rd, 6:45 p.m., chef/proprietor Nicholas Harary and chef de cuisine Nicholas Wilkins of restaurant Nicholas in Middletown, New Jersey, will team up to create a menu that showcases the very best of the Garden State’s seafood and summer produce.
