Father’s Day Dining at VB3

On Father’s Day, this coming Sunday, June 17th, Executive Chef Michael Coletti of restaurant VB3 in the Monaco Building, 475 Washington Boulevard, Jersey City, New Jersey, will present a special four course menu for Dad with choices for each course.

Father’s Day Prix-Fixe Menu…

1st Course (Choice of): Chopped Salad, Iceberg, Salami, Italian Ham, Provolone, Red Onions, Tomatoes, Red Wine Vinaigrette; Arugula Salad, Oven-Roasted Tomatoes, Red Onion, Parmigiano-Reggiano, Roasted Lemon Vinaigrette; Chilled Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho, Heirloom Tomato Broth, Crispy Goat Cheese, Basil

2nd Course (Choice of): Rigatoni, Spring Lamb Sausage, Ragu, Mint, Pecorino; Orecchiette Primavera, Seasonal Spring Vegetables, Garlic, Oil, Parmesan

3rd Course (Choice of): Grilled Hanger Steak, Pepperonata, Grilled Asparagus, Salsa Verde; Whole Roasted Branzino, Grilled Artichoke, Fennel Salad; Grilled Berkshire Pork Chop, Warm Fingerling, String Bean Salad; Eggplant Napolitano, Crispy Eggplant, Caponata, Sweet Tomato Sauce

Dessert (Choice of): Strawberry Shortcake Panini, Strawberry Gelato, Vanilla Whipped Cream, Brioche; Peanut Butter S’mores Tarte, Chocolate Tarte, House-Made Marshmallow, Peanut Butter Sauce

The special four course Father’s Day menu will be served from 12:00 noon – 11:00 p.m. and is priced at $40.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity). Dinner will also include a complimentary Prosecco toast.
