Opening at 12:00 noon on Sunday, June 17th, the Gladstone Tavern, Gladstone, New Jersey, will celebrate Father’s Day with special menu items and a complimentary golf ball and tee for each dad.

FROM THE BAR: BLT Martini: Smoked Bacon-Infused Vodka, Pressed Tomato, Celery Leaves; Draft Beer Flight: Allagash, Stone IPA, Chimay; Primus Cabernet: Chile, 2009 (90 Point Parker Rating)

FIRST COURSE: Porter Onion Soup: Caramelized Onion, Beef Broth, Beer, Gruyère Toast; Beefsteak Tomato Salad: Fresh Mozzarella, Basil Pine Nuts, Olive Oil; Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio:  Watercress, Roasted Beet, Truffle Pecorino, Sea Salt; Snow Crab Claw Cocktail: Horseradish Remoulade

MAIN COURSE: Grilled 16-Ounce Rib Steak: Shiraz Sauce, Creamed Spinach, Vidalia Onion Rings; Dry-Rubbed Barbequed Spare Ribs:  Red pepper Glaze, Garlic Green Beans, Pecan Rice; Grilled Pennsylvania Brook Trout: Smoked Tomato Butter, Grilled Zucchini, Bacon Grits; Roasted Two-Pound Maine Lobster: Drawn Butter, Broccoli, Double-Baked Cheddar Potato
