Chef Anthony Pino of The Dining Room at Anthony David’s and the Bin 14 wine bar will debut a cool, innovative burger stand as part of the new farmers’ market in uptown Hoboken, New Jersey.
Chef Pino’s new burger stand, called On The Flip Side, will be part of the new Hoboken Family Farmers’ Market, which will debut tomorrow, Saturday, June 2nd, and run each Saturday thereafter, from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., through October.
The market is located at the Garden Street Mews, a private pedestrian block of Garden Street between 14th & 15th Streets up uptownHoboken.
So while patrons are enjoying the sights and sounds of the market – shopping for fruits, vegetables, herbs, organic selections, flowers, and prepared foods – they may stop for a bite of On The Flip Side’s flavorful menu of all-natural angus burgers, spiced homemade fries, gelato sandwiches, and killer breakfast sandwiches.
