On Friday evening, May 18th, Stage Left inNew Brunswick, New Jersey, will host a special anniversary dinner with a menu prepared by several of the chefs from the restaurant’s illustrious 20-year history.
Along with the current chef, J.R. Belt, Chef Anthony Bucco, Chef Patrick Yves Pierre-Jerome, and Chef Eric Martin will be on hand for this special night of celebration. And Chef Bryan Mack, who was the long-time maitre d’ and pastry chef at Stage Left, will oversee the dessert course.
Hors d’Oeuvres will be served at7:00 p.m.
Patrons will then be seated for Lobster Wontons by Eric Martin
Followed by Pulled Duck & Foie Gras Ravioli by Patrick Yves Pierre-Jerome
Black Trumpets & Tuna Loin with English Pea Purée & Pea Tendrils by Anthony Bucco
A Duo of Aged Wagyu Strip Loin & 48-Hour Short Ribs with Gingered Carrots by J.R. Belt
And, finally, Dark Chocolate Mille-Feuille with Hazelnut Mousse, Mocha Pot de Crème & Chocolate Cardamom Ice Cream by Bryan Mack
