On Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 13th, the Pluckemin Inn, Bedminster, New Jersey, will offer three or four course menu options with seatings available from1:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Appetizers (Choice of): Three Meadows Farm Baby Greens, Herbs, Verjus Vinaigrette; Sugar Pea Salad, Local Ramps, Ricotta, Pistachio, Mint; Asparagus Tagliatelle, Rupert’s Egg, Fines Herbs, Morel Jus; Potato & Leek Soup, Watercress, Black Truffle Cream; Sea Scallops, Tomato Confit, Sea Bean, Pine Nut, Sultanas, Balsamic; Acquarello Risotto, Zucchini, Squash Blossom, Basil, Mascarpone; Maccheroni Bolognese, Prosciutto, Jersey Tomato, Parmesan

Entrées (Choice of): Niman Ranch Pork, Escarole Agrodulce, Anson Mills Polenta; Griggstown Chicken, Morels, Broccoli Rabe, Aligot Potato; Organic Salmon, Sweet Peas, Fava Beans, Pancetta, Bibb Lettuce; Muscovy Duck Breast, Swiss Chard, Farro, Dried Fruit & Nuts; Alaskan Halibut, Piperade, Fennel, Manila Clams, Saffron Jus; Angus Sirloin, Fingerling Potato, Local Spinach, Spring Onion
