On Wednesday, April 25th,7:00 p.m., the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern, Ho-Ho-Kus,New Jersey, will host a wine dinner featuring the wines of Marchesi Antinori. The special guest of the evening will be Antinori wine consultant Aldo Rafanelli.
Executive Chef Ralph Perrotti’s five-course Tuscan-themed menu will be served alongside a tasting of Antinori’s legendary wines. A total of five wines will be served, including Il Brucianto Tenuta Guado al Tasso 2009 and 2008 Tenuta Tignanello (the Wine Spectator’s #7 Wine of the Year). The tasting will conclude with a special dessert prepared by Pastry Chef Patrick Mullen paired with Montenisa Franciacorta Brut.
The Antinori family has been making wine for over six hundred years, spanning 26 generations, always with the deepest respect for both tradition and the land. Guests will enjoy these highly coveted wines, personally hand selected by Wine Director Rob Lipkin with the following menu:
