Easter Dining at Bistrot Lepic, Washington, DC

If you will be visiting in the Washington, DC, area over this Easter weekend, you might want to stop in at my favorite haunt in the upper Georgetownarea, Bistrot Lepic. On Easter Sunday, April 8th, this fine restaurant will be serving a prix-fixe menu from11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. The price will be $49.95 per person (plus tax & gratuity).

 Appetizers: Wild Mushroom Soup, Truffle Butter; Foie Gras Terrine, Baby Pear Confit, Banyuls Wine Reduction ($5.00 supplement); Tuna Tartar, Frisée Salad, Sesame Seed Vinaigrette; Watercress Salad, Grilled Shrimp, Lemon Vinaigrette

 Entrées: Rack of Lamb; Braised Capon, Pearl Onion, Bacon, Button Mushroom, Red Wine Sauce; Grilled Whole Sea Bream, Provence Herbs, Braised Chinese Cabbage, Balsamic Reduction; Lobster Fricassee, Spinach, Shiitake Mushroom, Coral Sauce; Plate of Assorted Spring Vegetables
