Regional Italian Wine Dinner at the Frog and the Peach

On Saturday, April 14th,6:30 p.m., the Frog and the Peach in New Brunswick, New Jersey, will host an Italian wine dinner, pairing some of finest vintages from the restaurant’s wine classes with Chef Bruce Lefebvre’s regional dishes.

Reception: Vino Proseco

First Course: Yellowfin Tuna Crudo, Warm Octopus, Escarole, Bottarga; Wine: Vino della Sicilia

Second Course: Salume, Melon, Farro Piccolo; Wine: Vina della Campania

Third Course: Rosemary Roasted Squab, Morel Mushroom, Fava Leaves; Wine: Vini della Toscana

Main Course: Nebbiolo Braised Beef, Carrot Purée, Cannellini Beans; Wine: Vini del Piemonte

Dessert: Almond Meringue, Apricot Anglaise, Rice Pudding Tuile; Wine: Vino della Sicilia
