Brunch at Blackfish: Guests will enjoy three courses for $45.00 per person, with seatings available from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Dishes will include: charred asparagus with Maryland crab, truffled vinaigrette, and “crispy” mustard; roasted Pennsylvania brook trout with English peas, country ham, and Madras curry; and yuzu parfait with gooseberry, kiwi, and raspberry bouillon. Brunch at Mica: Guests will enjoy three courses for $45.00 per person, with seatings available from 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Dishes will include: day boat scallop with charred romaine, horseradish, ruby beets, and sorrel; Erdenheim Farm lamb with sunchoke, baby carrot, and amaranth; and chocolate ganache with peanut, sour cream, and blood orange. Brunch at Ela: Guests will enjoy a special menu of Chef Jason Cichonski’s contemporary American fare. Seatings are available from 9:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.; and the menu will be served à la carte. Dishes will include: coddled eggs with peas, pancetta, and celery root on brioche bread; biscuits with sausage and bone marrow gravy; and crème brûlée French toast made with brioche bread soaked in a crème brûlée batter, rolled in raw sugar, and then quickly heated and topped with house-made ricotta and fresh strawberries. A selection of omelettes and an assortment of bloody Marys will also be offered, including a kimchi bloody Mary and a truffle bloody Mary. Dishes will range in price from $12.00 – $25.00.
