Easter Dining at the Frog and the Peach

frog-and-peach3On Easter Sunday, April 8th, the Frog and the Peach, New Brunswick, New Jersey, will offer a special three course prix-fixe menu, accepting reservations from 12:00 noon – 6:00 p.m. The menu will also feature selections from their early spring menu.

 

FIRST COURSE (CHOICE OF):

Crab Bisque: Gruyère Croutons

Baby Spinach Salad: Warm Goat Cheese Flan, Bell Pepper Confit, Balsamic Vinaigrette

House-Smoked Salmon “Pastrami on Rye”: Pastrami Spices, Whole Grain Mustard Crème Fraîche, Cornichons, Rye Crisps

Hamachi Crudo

Mixed Green & Endive Salad: Late Harvest Riesling Dressing, Coriander Tuile, Herbs

Black Truffle Ricotta Gnocchi: Peas, Spring Onion, Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
