On Wednesday, March 28th, 7:00 p.m., the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern, Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, will host its first New Jersey Craft Beer dinner. Exclusively featured will be the craft beer from New Jersey’s only microbreweries.
Cricket Hill Brewery, which produces the Inn’s signature Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern Ale, along with libations from the High Point Brewery, River Horse, Flying Fish, and the New Jersey Beer Company will be served and paired with a sumptuous five course menu prepared by Executive Chef Ralph Perrotti.

Surf & Turf: Seared Sea Scallops, Sausage, Slow-Cooked Black-Eyed Peas
Brew: Flying Fish “Exit Four” American Trippel, Cherry Hill
Veal Short Rib: Garlic Sage Jus, Asparagus, Crushed Yukon Gold Potatoes
Brew: River Horse “Hop A Lot Amus” Double IPA, Lambertville
Cheese Board: Red Dragon, Roaring Forties, Manchego, Honeycomb, Dried Fruits, Flat Bread
Brew: High Point Brewing Company “Ramstein Amber Lager,” Butler
Wheat Berry Ricotta Tart: Coffee-Lemon Gelato
Brew: Cricket Hill Brewery “Paymaster Porter Ale,” Fairfield
