On Wednesday, April 4th, 7:00 p.m., Thomas Ciszak of the Blue Morel Restaurant & Wine Bar, Morristown, New Jersey, and Chakra Restaurant, Paramus, New Jersey, and Kevin Takafuji of the Blue Morel Restaurant will be preparing a “Rites of Spring Dinner at the James Beard House in New York City.
Chefs Ciszak & Takafuji, playing off their distinctive culinary styles, have designed a seasonal menu in which each course will showcase a traditional French dish paired with a modern variation on the theme.
