On Thursday, March 15th, 7:00 p.m., Executive Chef Andrew Lattanzio of the Pluckemin Inn, Bedminster, New Jersey, will craft a four course menu featuring a broad variety of flavors to complement the Weyerbacher Brewery’s menu of beers and ales.
Amuse: Scallop Crudo, Yuzu, Radish & Bacon Vinaigrette
Brew: Verboten, Belgian-Style Pale Ale
First Course: Arctic Char, Leek Fondue, Shimeji Mushroom, Sea Beans
Brew: Merry Monks Ale, Belgian-Style Tripel
Second Course: Suckling Pig, Sunchoke, Apple, Hazelnut, Endive
Brew: Fireside Ale, Smoked Dark Ale
Third Course: Grilled Short Ribs, Savoy Cabbage, Marrow, Raclette, Turnip
Brew: Old Heathen, Russian Imperial Stout
Dessert: Chocolate-Banana Napoleon, Caramelized Bananas, Beer Nuts, Chocolate & Stout Gelato
Brew: Insanity, Bourbon Barrel-Aged Barleywine
