On Wednesday, March 7th, restaurant Paramour in the historic Wayne Hotel, Wayne, Pennsylvania, will host a special dinner featuring the vintages of California’s Elizabeth Spencer Winery. Winemaker Elizabeth Pressler, a Philadelphia area native, will be on hand to meet guests and to answer questions about her extraordinary, limited production wines.
The wines will be paired with an equally extraordinary five-course menu created by executive chef Michael Giampa. “Fine food and great wine belong together,” notes Chef Giampa. “Elizabeth Spencer wines make a beautiful pairing with our modern American cuisine, and we look forward to enjoying a memorable meal.”
