This coming Wednesday, February 22nd, in honor of Presidents’ Day, the restaurant will present a special Colonial dinner…

 

First Course: Cabbage & Potato Soup, Crispy Smoked Local Tavern Ham

 

Second Course: Pennsylvania Native Pears & Chester County Cheese: Port Wine Poached Seckel Pears, Smoked Bleu Cheese, Spiced Almonds

 

Entrée: Colonial Truffled Chicken Potpie: Pennsylvania Heritage Breed All-Natural Chicken, Hearty Vegetables, Truffled Velouté, Flakey Pastry Top

 

Dessert: Warm Apple turnover, German Apple-Butter Sauce, Philadelphia Ice Cream
