Beginning today, Friday, February 10th, and running through Valentine’s Day, Tuesday, February 14th, chef/proprietor Mark Smith of the Tortilla Press, Collingswood, NJ, and the Tortilla Press Cantina, Merchantville, NJ, will be serving a special menu that offers vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options.
