January Dining

in Opinion, Wining and Dining

wine1January and August are typically the slowest months for restaurant dining…

Especially in January, after the Christmas rush and, perhaps, a major exodus of long green shelled out for presents and other holiday expenses, a great majority of potential diners are quite reticent to spend more of their hard earned cash dining out…

Therefore, many establishments will offer special inducements, discounts, moderately priced wine dinners, etc., in a concerted effort to lure customers back into their precincts. So keep your eyes peeled for possible dining bargains to brighten up your bleak mid-winter.

Once again, wishing everyone a happy and healthy New Year!

Bon Appétit!
