On New Year’s Eve, Saturday, December 31st, the newly opened MoonShine Modern Supper Club, 55 Main Street, Millburn, New Jersey, will offer patrons two dining options…
From 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., the restaurant will offer regular à la carte seating. Beginning at 9:00 p.m., MoonShine will present a limited-seating three-course prix fixe dinner highlighting executive chef Frank Falivene’s updated contemporary American comfort fare.
Starter selections include: Lobster Bisque; Duck Egg & Hash; Tuna Tartare; Grilled Quail; Roasted Beets; and Foie Gras Torchon.
Entrée selections include: Maine Diver Scallops; Slow-Braised Lamb Shank; Wood-Oven Roasted Chicken Breast; Lobster Risotto; and Filet Mignon.
Classic dessert selections include: Profiteroles; Crème Brûlée; Key Lime Tart; Caramelized Apple Tart; Chocolate Mousse.
There will also be a live DJ and a midnight Champagne toast.
The cost is $70.00 per person (plus beverages, tax, and gratuity).
On New Year’s Day, MoonShine will host a two-course prix fixe brunch from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The cost is $17.00 per person; $27.00 per person with brunch cocktails and soft drinks included.
