Beginning today, Thursday, December 1st, by popular demand, Chakra Restaurant in Paramus, New Jersey, will be serving lunch from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Chef Thomas Ciszak has added some of his favorite items to tempt diners. Luncheon possibilities include a whole pound lobster roll on brioche, a melt-in-your-mouth foie gras burger, chili-cinnamon-glazed Chilean sea bass, and “TC steak,” a 40-day-aged Colorado sirloin steak accompanied by truffle-infused creamed spinach.
