Thanksgiving Day Dining at Liberty House

liberty-house1On Thursday, November 24th, 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., Executive Chef Ken Trickilo of Liberty House Restaurant, Jersey City, New Jersey, will be serving a selection from his new fall menu (plus turkey) for his three-course prix fixe celebratory Thanksgiving dinner.

 

Starters (Choice of):

Duck Confit Cassoulet

Boston Bibb Lettuce Salad

Main Lobster Bisque

Roasted Tomato Caramelized Onion & Goat Cheese Tart

Spinach, Pear & Endive Salad

 

Entrées (Choice of):

Traditional turkey Dinner and Sides

New York Strip Steak

Brioche-Crusted Salmon

Crispy Long Island Duck Breast

Glazed Country Ham

 

Dessert Sampler:

Pumpkin & Oreo Cookie Cheesecake; Pistachio Ice Cream; Apple-Cranberry Crostada

 

The cost of the three-course prix fixe Thanksgiving dinner is $48.00 per person for adults; $25.00 for children (plus tax, beverage, and gratuity).
