stage-left3On Thanksgiving Day, Stage Left in New Brunswick, New Jersey, will be serving their regular à la carte menu plus a three-course traditional Thanksgiving Day dinner with choices for each course.

 

FIRST COURSE

Butternut Squash Soup: Apple-Walnut Chutney, Maple-Mascarpone

Or

Autumn Salad: Pomegranates, Aged Goat Cheese, House-Smoked Duck Breast, Pear-Cider Vinaigrette

 

SECOND COURSE

Local Organic Turkey: Sweet Potato Purée infused with Maple & Vanilla, Roasted Parsnips, Salsify, Baby Carrots, Grapes, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Pancetta

Or

Wild Mushroom-Pumpkin Risotto: Essence of White Truffle

 

THIRD COURSE

Pumpkin Cheesecake

Or

Pear & Cranberry Bread Pudding

Or

Local Gala Apple Tart

Or

Molten Valrhona Chocolate Cake

 

Stage Left will be accepting reservations from 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. The cost of the three-course traditional Thanksgiving dinner is $65.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity).
