Born and raised in Weston-Super-Mare, England, Chef de Cuisine Nicholas Wilkins is passionate about creating hearty game dishes that showcase the flavors of the season. Chef Wilkins used wild game and elements of the wilderness as the inspiration for his 8-course game tasting menu, which is certain to be an exciting culinary journey from start to finish.
