Duck Consommé: Julienne Black Truffle Crépe

Sherry: Lustau “Jaraña” Fino

Venison Carpaccio: Shaved Pear, Cashews, Grain Mustard

Sherry: Lustau Los Arcos, Amontillado

Or: Cairanne, Domaine Boisson, Rhone, France, 2009

 

Braised Rabbit: Sage Gnocchetti, Wild Mushrooms, Hot Pepper, Butternut Cream

Sherry: Lustau Peninsula, Palo Cortado

Grilled Wild Boar Chop: Fennel & Endive Gratin, Spice Jus, Cider Reduction

The cost of the five-course game tasting is $65.00 per person without wine; $112.00 per person with wine pairings (plus tax & gratuity). As an added attraction, every Friday evening, date night, the tasting menu with wines is available for two at $164.00; a savings of $60.00.
