resto-and-robsFrom Sunday, October 23rd, through Sunday, October 30th, Rob’s Bistro and Resto, both located in Madison, New Jersey, will be hosting their own French restaurant week with special prix fixe menus, including choices of appetizer, entrée, and dessert.

 

Rob’s Bistro French Restaurant Week Menu:

 

Appetizer (Choice of):

Mixed Greens Salad, Lemon-Herb Vinaigrette

Vichyssoise, Chive Oil

Duo of Tartines, Truffled Mushroom & Ratatouille

 

Entrée (Choice of):

½ Herb-Roasted Chicken, Haricots Verts & Pearl Onion Crème

Beef Bourguignon, Buttered Egg Noodles

Moules Frites, White Wine Garlic Broth

 

Dessert (Choice of):

Crêpes Suzette, Candied Orange

Nutella Crêpes, Crème Chantilly

 

The menu for Rob’s Bistro is $30.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity) and is available for dinner only. However, Rob’s is now offering an express lunch, which is available Tuesday – Friday for $13.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity). Mâche Salad, Truffled Cheese & Verjus Vinaigrette

Onion Crème Soup, Chive Oil

Crisp Pork Rilette, Black Garlic Crème, Arugula

 

Entrée (Choice of):

Organic Scottish Salmon, Red & Yellow Beets, Baby Spinach Fricassee

Seared Flat Iron Steak, Caramelized Red onion & Potato Galette

Slow-Cooked Senat Chicken Breast, Brown Beech Mushroom Risotto

 

Dessert (Choice of):

Blood Orange Semifreddo, Mint Syrup, Crisp Crêpes

Nutella Gâteau, Strawberry Sauce, Shaved Hazelnuts
