On Wednesday, October 19th, the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern, Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, will host Executive Chef Bryan Gregg & Friends at a dinner to benefit Memorial Sloan-Kettering’s pediatric cancer research.
Beginning at 6:00 p.m. with a cocktail reception, the venue will include an extravagant four course dinner prepared by the Inn’s Chef Bryan Gregg, Pastry Chef Patrick Muller, and three top New Jersey restaurant guest chefs.
The menu of the evening will feature seasonal autumnal fare showcasing the culinary talents of guest chefs Alexander Gorant, executive chef at Axia in Tenafly & Baste in Ridgewood, NJ; Ryan DePersio, chef/owner at Fascino in Montclair & Bar Cara in Bloomfield, NJ; and Pastry Chef Josip Franc from Lunello’s Restaurant in Cedar Grove, NJ. The courses, as prepared by each chef, will be paired with a fine wine from a select region. In addition to dinner, there will be a silent auction of premium items, including exclusive chef dinners, local wines, and donations from local merchants.
All proceeds raised from this event will benefit Memorial Sloan-Kettering, one of the nation’s preeminent centers for cancer research, education, and treatment. A cancer survivor himself, Chef Gregg encourages members of the community to attend and help benefit Memorial Sloan-Kettering’s efforts.
The cost of this event is $195.00 per person (plus tax). Prepaid reservations are required and may be made by calling Kathleen at (201) 445-4115.
