Greeting: Hors d’Oeuvres

Wine: Caposaldo Prosecco NV

 

First Course: Chilled “Carpaccio” of Langoustine, Lemon Parsley Purée, Parmesan Crostini

Wine: Michele Chiarlo Gavi, 2010

 

Second Course: Crepinetti of Braised Rabbit, White Bean Purée, Pine Nut Gremolata

Wine: Silvio Nardi Brunello di Montalcino, 2006

 

Third Course: Roasted Branzino stuffed with Shrimp Sausage, Vermicelli, Shellfish Broth

Wine: Michele Chiarlo Barolo, 2007

 

Fourth Course: Roasted Saddle of Lamb, Mascarpone-Enriched Polenta, Porcini Mushroom & Eggplant Ragu

Wine: Tenuta San Guido “Guidalbert,” 2009

            Tenuta San Guido “Sassicaia,” 2008

 

Dessert: Orange-Scented “Tiramisu” Grand Marnier, Soaked Ladyfingers, Valrhona Chocolate

The Italian wine dinner is priced at $150.00 per person, plus tax & gratuity. All wines served will be available for purchase following the dinner. Reservations are required and may be made by calling (609) 924-1707.
