Labor Day Weekend Cookout at Stage Left

stage-left3On Sunday, September 4th, Stage Left in New Brunswick, New Jersey, will celebrate Labor Day with a special cookout-style menu served in their Sidewalk Café.

 

This will be a casual day with casual attire, and a casual Niman Ranch Fearless Frank chili-dog with wild boar chili to upgrade the standard holiday-weekend fare. In addition, there will also be a pig roast, scheduled to come off the coals at approximately 4:30 p.m.

 

The special cookout-style menu will be served from 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

 

Barbeque Plate for Four ($15.00 per person):

Wild Boar Niman Ranch Chili-Cheese Dog, Wild Boar Chili, Aged Cheddar

¼ Rack Niman Ranch St. Louis Ribs
