On Thursday, September 22nd, 7:00 p.m., the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern, Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, will host the first of several fall wine dinners. Featured will be the acclaimed M. Chapoutier wines paired with a four-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Bryan Gregg.
Considered by many the premiere winemaker in France, M. Chapoutier’s incomparable winemaking techniques and history will be discussed by the Inn’s wine director, Robert Lipkin. “M. Chapoutier is a top rated vineyard. They have the most 90-point ratings of all Rhone producers and sixteen 100-point rated wines. We are very excited to feature them,” Mr. Lipkin noted.

Smoked Sea Trout: Poppy Seed, Caramel Apple, Soy Pearls, Micro Totsoi
Wine: Chante Alouette Hermitage
Foie Gras: Chocolate Brioche, Cherry Fizz, Sarsaparilla Gelée
Wine: Banyuls, Banyuls
Venison: Peppercorn, Cardamom, Pumpkin Flan, Pepita
Wine: Le Bernardine, Chateauneuf-du-Pape
Warm Cheese Soufflé: Preserved Local Peaches
Wine: Vin De Paille, Ermitage
