August’s vegetarian friendly class will feature Jersey corn, poblanos, peaches, and tomatoes…

 

Esquites: Traditional Mexican street food with Fresh Springdale Farms Sweet Corn

 

Sopes with Pinto Beans & Sautéed Squash & Eggplant Chile Sauté: Corn Masa Cakes with Refried Pinto Beans, Sautéed Mexican-Style Ratatouille

 

Chile Rellenos with Flaim Farm Poblano Peppers: Roasted Peppers, Peeled, Seeded & Stuffed with Mexican Cheeses, Lightly Battered & Fried. Served with a Jersey Fresh Tomato Cilantro Broth

 

Peach Tangle: Butter & Brown Sugar Sautéed Peaches fresh from Schober Orchards
