Two years in the making, Pilsener Haus & Biergarten recently made its debut at 1422 Grand Street, Hoboken, New Jersey.
The Garden State’s first truly authentic biergarten will offer patrons the Old World experience that Europeans have enjoyed for centuries. The bar will feature 20 premium draft beers, including Pilsener Haus Original Brew, imported from Germany. The full beer list boasts almost 50 bottles, including select American craft beers.
Pilsener Haus & Biergarten’s chef, Thomas Ferlesch, formerly of Café des Artistes and Brooklyn’s Thomas Beisl, has created a genuine biergarten menu of schnitzels, wursts, charcuterie, and much more.
