On Sunday, July 24th, the Foodshed Alliance, in conjunction with Alba Vineyard, Village of Finesville, Milford, NJ, will celebrate local foods and farms with the most unique Farm to Fork dinner to date.
The Alliance will team up with five chefs from some of northern New Jersey’s most prestigious and reputable restaurants. A five-course wine-pairing will feature locally produced food from farms throughout northern New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. Dinner will be served on the beautiful grounds of Alba Vineyard, where guest can attend a VIP vineyard tour followed by elegant al fresco dining among the vines.
This local event, which benefits the Foodshed Alliance, is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. on July 24th (rain date, Sunday, July 31st). The event will bring together the amazing culinary talents of Chef Andre deWaal of Andre’s Restaurant & Wine Boutique in Newton, Chef Dan Rothman of Whole Foods in northern New Jersey, Chef Mike Carrino of Restaurant Passione in Montclair, Chef Dan Richer of Arturo’s in Maplewood, and Chef James Laird of Restaurant Serenade in Chatham.
