On Thursday, May 19th, 6:30 p.m., Cuban-born Chef Carlos of the Hi-Life Café, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, will prepare a tribute to his origins, a five-course wine dinner, “A Taste of Cuba,” featuring some of his mother’s favorite recipes. And exclusive Spanish wines have been selected to match the culinary Cuban delights.
