chakra1This coming Sunday, Mother’s Day, May 8th, 12:00 noon – 4:00 p.m., Chef Thomas Ciszak of Chakra Restaurant in Paramus, New Jersey, will be presenting a four-course menu, which will include some of his favorite dishes.

 

First Course (Choice of):

Jumbo Shrimp Cocktails “Three Ways”

Caesar Salad, Romaine Hearts, Lemon Confit, White Anchovies

Mesclun Greens, Fines Herbes, White Balsamic Vinaigrette

White & Green Asparagus Salad, Smoked Salmon, Dill Sour Cream

Foie Gras Torte, Truffle Remoulade, Grape Salad

 

Second Course (Choice of):

Horseradish-Crusted Crab Cake, Snow Pea Shoots, Mustard Seed Vinaigrette

The cost of the Mother’s Day special four-course menu is $56.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity). A children’s à la carte menu will also be available.
