chakra31This coming Easter Sunday, April 24th, Chakra Restaurant in Paramus, New Jersey, will be serving a special three-course prix-fixe menu from 12:00 noon5:00 p.m.

 

FIRST COURSE (CHOICE OF):

Lightly Smoked Spring Lamb, Arugula Salad, Fennel, Fried Eggplant

Caesar Salad, Romaine Hearts, Lemon Confit, White Anchovies

Mesclun Greens, Fines Herbes, White Balsamic Vinaigrette

White & Green Asparagus Salad, Sorrel, Hollandaise Powder

Orange-Scented White Asparagus Soup, Morsel Mushroom

Horseradish-Crusted Crab Cake ($6.00 Supplement), Snow Pea Shoots, Mustard Seed Vinaigrette
