rosa-mexicano2Beginning Monday, April 18th, through Monday, April 25th, Rosa Mexicano Riverside Square, 390 Hackensack Avenue, Hackensack, New Jersey, will feature a menu of traditional Jewish dishes with a Mexican twist.

In addition, as a result of Rosa Mexicano’s newest partnership with Alex Day and David Kaplan of Proprietors LLC, who helped launch the new cocktail menu in March, the Mexican Passover festival will also feature a special Haroset Sangria cocktail, evoking the flavors of the Seder favorite, including Herradura Silver Tequila, apple juice, lemon juice, house-made cinnamon syrup & honey syrup, fresh apples, and a Manischewitz reduction.
